A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Justin began his career leading his family’s company, Joseph Oat Corporation—a world-renowned designer and fabricator of pressure vessels, reactors, columns, and specialty equipment serving the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear power, and commercial industries. As a third-generation leader of what was the oldest manufacturing company in the United States, Justin honed his expertise in operations, quality, and customer-focused service.
Driven by his love of innovation and a desire to bring the comfort and convenience of smart home technology to his own family—and ultimately to others—Justin launched Custom AV Integrators. Today, he continues to lead the company with the same principles that defined his family’s legacy: craftsmanship, reliability, and an unwavering dedication to excellence.
Philip Schneider brings decades of hands-on construction experience to his role as Lead Installer at Custom AV Integrators. Having built his career as a general contractor, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of residential construction — from structural framing and electrical planning to finish work and project coordination. His deep familiarity with how homes are built ensures that every installation is executed with precision and long-term performance in mind.
As a licensed home inspector in New Jersey, Philip adds an additional layer of expertise to every project. His knowledge of building standards, safety requirements, and structural integrity allows him to anticipate challenges before they arise and integrate technology in a way that complements the home’s architecture.
At Custom AV Integrators, Philip oversees installations with a focus on craftsmanship, efficiency, and collaboration. He works closely with project managers, trade partners, and homeowners to ensure that each system is thoughtfully implemented and seamlessly aligned with the overall design and construction process.
Elizabeth Goss brings a broad background in sales, partnerships, and operations to her role as Director of Business Development at Custom AV Integrators. A graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor’s degree in English, she began her career in the online and travel space, working with companies such as Expedia, LivingSocial, Secret Escapes, and Dropit Shopping. Across these roles, she strengthened partner relationships, built brand awareness, and drove both company and industry growth.
Her career has taken her through fast-growing startups and global brands, giving her a grounded understanding of how to navigate evolving industries and build meaningful connections with clients and partners.
